Support History

Through the Support History service you can check the status of your support requests that you submitted through the Support Request service page, or provide additional comments to the requests. All submitted requests will be listed showing the Reference Number, Title, Support Representative who Answered the request, Submission Date, Status, and Last Update date.

The Status of the query is controlled by the support representative from the Support Administration Site, and the Last Update date will be changed automatically according to the date and time of the last processing of the query from either the customer or the support side.

To sort the records by a certain column records, click the triangle next to the column title.

To check the details of a certain request or to add a comment, click the request's Title. Accordingly you will be moved to the Correspondence History page.
