The Login Page is where you can log into the support website in order to use it. Simply type your Client ID and Password then click . You should have specified your Client ID and Password at Subscription time.
Note: if you forget to log off or if you leave the support website un-attended for a certain period of time, the website would activate an automatic "time-out" after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access. Thus you will be automatically logged off. To proceed with using the system, you need to log in again. The session expiry time is 20 minutes.
