Through the Correspondence History page you can check the details of a selected support request and you can also add your comments. The moment you reach this page, you can see the details of the request as well as the history of correspondence between you (the client) and ESKADENIA support representative regarding this request indicating the date and time of each entry.
To add a comment, type your comment in the provided white space and click . Accordingly your submitted entry will be sent to the support team assigned to your project at ESKADENIA Software Solutions.
